Offers immediate intervention for persons in psychiatric crisis by a clinician and a psychiatrist. Provides an evaluation and therapy, prescribes medication when necessary, and refers patients to appropriate inpatient, outpatient, or specialized service provider. - NOTE: PES is not a medical emergency facility. The program's proximity to area hospitals allows quick access to physical care.

Provides comprehensive mental health services for persons diagnosed with acute and moderate behavioral problems, and treatment for substance use disorders. Services include psychiatric evaluation, psychiatric treatment, diagnostic assessment, individual and group therapy, partial hospitalization, community consultation, and education services. Provides an Emergency Services facility that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
