- Offers immediate intervention for persons in psychiatric crisis by a clinician and a psychiatrist. - Provides an evaluation and therapy. - Prescribes medication when necessary. - Refers patients to appropriate inpatient, outpatient, or specialized service provider. - NOTE: PES is not a medical emergency facility. The program's proximity to area hospitals allows quick access to physical care.

Provides an Emergency Services facility that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
