Mental Health Drop In Centers | Choices A Community Social Center

Provides a consumer-operated center for mental health consumers in Summit County. Offers recreational activities, socialization, support group meetings, information and referral, and other similar services. Activities include movies, dinners, classes, workshops, games, recreational outings, lunch, and so forth.

Application process

Call the office for more information or walk in for service. To become a member, must provide verification from licensed mental health provider for purposes of eligibility. Applicant fills out a simple form of contact information that is kept confidential. Members sign an exercise waiver and an image release, informing agency as to whether they wish to have picture(s) taken or not.

Serves mental health consumers age 18 and over in Summit County. Participants must be able to follow the rules of the center.
