Eligibility
Children preschool-grade 12. Must be resident of Dalton, Kidron, Marshallville, North Lawrence, or Orrville. Income must be at or below 175% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

- Social security cards, birth certificates, or passports for all household members
- Proof of household income for previous 30 days
- Proof of residency (utility bill, rental agreement, or lease)
