Individuals living in owner-occupied homes in the city of Toledo, Ottawa Hills or Washington Township, who are first-time offenders, who have been referred to the program by the housing court judge. Must be approved by the Housing Court Specialists for inclusion in the program.

The mission of the Toledo Municipal Court is to hear and dispose of cases within the Court's jurisdictional limits in a judicious and timely manner and provide opportunities for rehabilitation.
