Eligibility
Must be 18 years of age or older and one applicant must be a Hardin County resident
Required documents
Both applicants must provide Photo ID-Driver's License or State ID. If you have no photo ID, you must have a certified copy of your birth record. If you are from another country, you must have a Passport, Visa or Green card (in English) as proof of being a legal resident of the US.
Hours
Office hours are Mon–Fri 8am-4pm.. Couples must arrive thirty minutes before closing time in order to process the Marriage Application.

Marriage License is $45.00. Checks are not accepted. Credit cards accepted. If paying with cash, must bring exact amount as change is not available.
