HAP meets on the 4th Thursday of each month at 9:00 AM at the Ashtabula County District Library. Call to schedule an appointment.
To attend a HAP meeting, you must schedule an appointment and complete a one-page application. Call or e-mail the Samaritan House to schedule an appointment and obtain an application.
