Provides a case manager helps ensure an individuals needs are met with home and community based services. These services are delivered through various case management programs and through a network of providers and may include but not be limited to help with personal care, housekeeping, preparing or receiving home delivered meals, transportation, adult day care and home medical equipment.

Provides advocay and services to seniors. The Area Agency on Aging improves the quality of life for older adults in its nine county service area by advocating for individuals, developing and supporting a strong network of services and providing resources for older adults.
