Required documents
Provide disability verification proof of literal homelessness release / exchange of Information proof of Income or self declaration of zero Income. Photo ID rehousing location.

Residential Administrators is open Mon. - Fri. 9:000 am - 5:00 pm.
Application process
Coordinated entry system vi-SPDAT homeless management information system. Intake form County Prioritization Work Group reviews and determines next with highest need.
