Application process
Application required. Applications may be submitted online at https://getinternet.gov/apply?id=nv_home Within 90 days of qualifying, applicants must choose a local internet company that is a participating provider and sign up for service with them, or request their current internet company apply the Lifeline benefit to the service the household is already receiving. Companies that participate in the Lifeline Assistance Program may be located using the following online tool: https://cnm.universalservice.org/

Eligibility
Applicants must have a household income that is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, or participate in certain federal assistance programs, such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Medicaid, Federal Public Housing Assistance, Supplemental Security Income, or the Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit. Note: Lifeline benefits are limited to one per household.
