Makes available computers, including Internet and other office aids for public use, and a variety of electronic databases for research and general use. Provide books and other publications in large print, low-vision aids, including computer-based assistive technology, and captioned and descriptive videos. Can reserve private computer rooms (virtual meeting space) for video conferencing (including use for court hearings.)
