Any Cuyahoga County resident 18 or older who were born in Ohio (as well as their children and/or dependents). Assistance is provided on a first-come-first-served basis.

Participants will need to register as a client of North Star (registration is free and requires client to provide contact information and to fill out a short needs assessment survey). Phone for information M-Th: 8:00am-8:00pm; F: 8:00am-6:00pm; Sa: 9:00am-1:00pm.
