Application process
- Call for information, to open a case, and to schedule a ride. - Transportation must be scheduled no later than 48 hours before medical appointment, excluding weekends, holidays and before 2:30pm each day.
Fee
No fee to Medicaid recipients who are on a Medicaid HMO. Also serves Medicaid recipients who are not on a Medicaid HMO (sometimes called "fee for service") and who are eligible for medical transportation assistance through Medicaid.
Eligibility
- Serves residents of Tuscarawas County on Medicaid. - Serves those on a Medicaid HMO who have reached their yearly limit of rides. - Must be ambulatory (able to get into and out of a cab without assistance).
