Targeted to incarcerated individuals who are soon to be released from prison (within 6-8 months), those recently released (past 6 months), as well as to people working in the reentry field. Individuals must be living in or planning to return to Cuyahoga County.

Walk in during hours of service to pick up a directory. Organizations may phone M-F: 8:00am-4:00pm to ask about larger orders.

Offers a guide to help people prepare for their release from prison. The guide provides information about the services needed when people return home, including health care, housing, clothing, legal assistance and employment. Social workers and others working in the reentry field may also find the guide useful.
