Phone M-F: 8:00am-4:00pm to ask to have an application mailed or walk in M-F: 8:00am-4:00pm. Applications are available to pick up just inside the entrance. Eligible households will receive notification by mail with assigned pick-up day and time.

Eligibility
Residents of Darke County who are enrolled in grades K-12 for the 2023-2024 school year. Must meet all other PRC requirements – recipient of Public Assistance (TANF, SNAP) and/or have a family income at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Level. Enrollees in home or internet school programs are not eligible.
