Open to any business in Cuyahoga County which needs service of this type.

Required documents

In the case of the packaging of food or chemicals, manufacturer's documents detailing handling procedures and any possible hazards are required.

Application process

Call the main number M-F: 8:00am-4:30pm. An account executive will be able to tell caller whether or not a particular job is feasible. If it is, an engineer will compute the cost and relay this information through the account executive to the business client.

Fees

Fixed fee. Fee for each job is calculated on the basis of time-study in comparison to work by a non-disabled worker, and is less than those in the average marketplace.

Description

Contracts with area businesses for work projects to be carried out by center clients, both at the training centers and in the community. There are a variety of contracted business services: assembly and packaging, grounds maintenance, custodial services, food service, data entry, bulk mailing, urban gardening. Also staffs several stores that sell low-cost items.
