M, W: 11:15am-2:30pm. HOLIDAYS: Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and all major holidays. Pantry is closed when Cleveland Schools are closed for weather emergencies (such as snow days).

Application process

Walk in for service during hours of service. Hunger Network will do their best to let 2-1-1 know about any closings or schedule changes. However, if needed, clients can call this pantry site directly (this site may not have regular office hours, so if there is no answer, leave a voice message and the call will be returned as soon as possible). Those with service issues that can't be addressed directly with the pantry may call the Hunger Network main office M-F 9:00 am 4:30pm (if no answer, leave a voice mail and the call will be returned within 1-2 business days). Please note the name and/or address of the specific pantry site when calling Hunger Network. Disabled clients may send a representative in their place to pick up food (representative will need to bring all required documents).

Eligibility

Serves ZIP codes 44110, and 44119. Service may be recieved once every 30 days (exceptions may be made at the pantry manager's discretion). Generally, income should be 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit or less. Households that do not meet the income guidelines but have extenuating circumstances (such as loss of income or some other financial hardship) may be served on a case by case basis. If a client comes from out of the pantry's service area, they will be served once, and then directed to the correct Hunger Network pantry.
