Eligibility
- Serves Portage County households with at least one (1) child age 18 and under (or through 19 if the child is still in high school), pregnant women (from conception to delivery), and (in certain cases) the non-custodial father or mother.
- Family must have income which is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level.
- At least one (1) member of the family must be a United States citizen or qualified alien.
- Assistance is available once in a 24 month period.
- Serves both homeowners and renters.
Required documents
- Completed PRC application.
- Inspection and document verifying that extermination is necessary for the health and safety of the family will be required from an exterminating company.
- Will need at least three (3) quotes from different exterminating companies.

Call the office for more information. Client will need to contact an exterminator and arrange to have the company perform an inspection on the home. Will need to collect three (3) quotes for extermination services.
