Residents of Ohio who have a positive HIV/AIDS diagnosis. Area served DOES NOT include the following counties: Brown, Butler, Clermont, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Hamilton, Lake, Lorain, Medina, and Warren. Not eligible for utility assistance if currently enrolled in the PIPP program.
Proof of HIV/AIDS diagnosis. Will be advised about additional required documents.
