By appointment only. OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD: - November 1st through December 15th for a January 1st effective date. - NOTE: Open enrollment continues through January 15th. Enrollments after December 15th through January 15th would start coverage on February 1st. YEAR-ROUND ENROLLMENT: - Continues to enroll for Medicaid and Qualifying Life Events (QLE) after Open Enrollment ends.
