Provides eligible older adults with financial assistance to help them obtain goods and services that they cannot otherwise afford. Assistance is capped at $300 per wish and generally covers expenses such as new personal emergency response systems, auto or household repairs, or recreational activities (trips with grandchildren, movies, day trips with senior groups).
  • Grant cannot be used for ongoing expenses such as rent, utilities, prescriptions, or food.
