Provides residential extended care program for women recovering from substance abuse and mental illness. Helps build skills to become self-sufficient and addresses issues such as mental health, addiction, trauma due to abuse, family and relationships, body image, and relapses.

Central Intake Department 1430 S. High St., 4th Floor Columbus, OH 43207. Individuals interested in accessing any of Maryhaven’s Franklin County services can walk-in, Mon-Fri 8 am-1 pm, and meet with members of our counseling and nursing teams for a level of care assessment and linkage to the appropriate program.

Sliding fee scale. Insurance is accepted.
Eligibility
Women 18 years and older who have completed a primary treatment program and are at high risk for relapse and their young children. Prioritizes pregnant women.
