Provides centralized access to services and opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities age three and older. Services include but are not limited to: socialization opportunities, early childhood development, limited financial assistance for disability related needs, workforce development, assistance obtaining a driver's license, and housing opportunities.

Assessment required. Assessment based on Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities eligibility criteria. Contact for more information.

Eligibility

Open to residents of Butler County ages 3-5 who is one of the following:

  • exhibits delays in at least two areas such as cognitive, sensory, communication, or social development
  • has a diagnosed medical disorder with high probability to develop a developmental disability
  • has a diagnosed developmental disability

Also open to residents of Warren County ages 6 and older who:

  • have been diagnosed with a developmental disability by a qualified professional
  • exhibit delays in at least three areas, such as learning, mobility, self-care, etc. as determined through an assessment tool administered by Butler County DD
