Eligibility

Residents who are employed and, if applying for utility assistance, have received a disconnect notice. For water bill payment assistance, if the water has been shut off, the customer will have to pay to have it turned on before the agency can pay the water bill. Household income must be below 225% of the federal poverty level. Must have already applied for assistance from Ross County Community Action Commission.

Photo ID, proof of current address, such as a piece of mail, and utility disconnection notice.
