Provides initial diagnosis to children suspected of having a neuromuscular disease covered by the Association's program. Provides follow-up services, periodic re-evaluations, physical, occupational and respiratory therapy evaluations, access to clinical trials, and genetic counseling to individuals living with muscular dystrophy, ALS and other neuromuscular diseases, adults and children.
