Residents living in 43026, 43228, 43221, 43016, 43119, 43204 or 43002 who have received a shut off notice.
Required documents
Copy of shut off notice. Photo ID.
Hours
Tue 10 am-12:30 pm. Wed 2 pm-4 pm. Thu 5:30 pm-7:30 pm. Sat 9 am-12noon. Members can come during regular pantry service hours.
Application process
To apply, client must bring the disconnection notice and a photo ID to the pantry during open service hours. After submitting the application, pantry will contact the client within 2 business days to review and process it. Must speak with the client over the phone after receiving the application before contacting the utility company. Once eligibility is verified, pantry will call the utility company.

Eligible families can receive up to $200 in assistance once every 365 days. To qualify, families must reside in one of the Hilliard Food Pantry's seven service zip codes and have an active disconnection notice.
