Call the office or visit the website for more information or to make a complaint. To file a complaint online, visit the website at elicense.ohio.gov/oh_filecomplaint and select "Cosmetology and Barber Board". NOTE: Does not accept complaints regarding quality of service such as a poor quality haircut or coloring. Concerns of such nature should be discussed with the licensee, salon or shop manager/owner, or corporate office. Or submit these complaints to Ohio Attorney General's Consumer Protection office.
