Eligibility

Participants must:

  • be a resident of Boone, Campbell, or Kenton County
  • have a household income at or below 80% of the area median income
  • be willing to work with HONK to perform 8 hours of service each month
  • if not currently able to secure a loan, demonstrate an ability to improve their credit score within 12-18 months to secure a loan

Application process

Applications can be completed online or printed from the website and returned by mail.

Fees

No fee to apply. Approved applicants will be responsible for their home's rent and utility costs.
