Eligibility

Must be a resident of Seneca County (does not include Fostoria Seneca County) For electric or gas: Must have a disconnect notice, $150.00 must stop the disconnect and the total bill, including any back or deferred balance, cannot be over $300. For Sewer: Must be a renter, must be in arrears no more than two months, $150 must pay the past due balance.
