Family Law Courts | Muskingum County Court Of Common Pleas

Domestic Relations Court hears all cases involving divorce, dissolution of marriage, legal separation and annulment for people who live within the borders of Muskingum County. We also hear cases involving civil domestic violence and stalking matters. In addition, we hear and decide all matters, which are related to the termination of marriage or domestic violence that includes child custody, visitation between parents and their children, child support, property, division of debts and spousal support. We also hear all paternity cases.
