The YES Program strives to help youth become self sufficient by providing access to services such as Tutoring/Academic help, Continuing Education support, Job-shadowing and employment help, job shadowing and job training, Community Service opportunities, Guidance and referrals to other agencies.

Call 740-452-5463 for information. Initial appointment will include developing a goal plan. Final enrollment will need a copy of diploma or transcript with a status of withdrawal and income verification.

Provides low to moderate income housing for families, elderly and disabled through public housing and Section 8 programs. Their apartments are: Coopermill Manor; Maple Terrace; Adams Circle; Larzelere Ave.; Race Circle; Michael Drive and Bonifield Court. Section 8 provides rental assistance within a private setting. Qualified applicants choose where they want to live as long as the rent is reasonable and the property meets housing quality standards. Section 8 also offers three special programs, the family unification program which is a collaboration with Children Services to reunite and keep families together, the welfare to work program and the mainstream housing program. the welfare to work program is a collaboration with the Muskingum County DHS while the Mainstream housing program is a collaboration with Six County to serve disabled applicants.
