Provides emergency care to individuals that pose a threat of harm to oneself or others. Works to stabilize and evalute the individual in a psychiatric emergency. Once an evaluation is complete, appropriate referrals will be made to Inpatient unit, the Partial Hospitalization Program or outpatient treatment services.
