Helps customers with severe health problems may have a licensed physician certify that for serious health reasons, service should not be disconnected for nonpayment for a 30-day period. Provides the household time to get financial help or make payment arrangements.

Customer Service representatives available Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Must be used to prior to disconnection or must be obtained within 21 days of disconnection to restore service. May be used two (2) additional times within a 12 month period. The total certification period cannot exceed 90 days per household in any 12 month period.
