Provides the following services: - Free legal assistance to crime victims, including direct representation in the criminal justice system to uphold crime victims' rights; - Direct assistance and representation of victims on issues involving Crime Victims Compensation. - Informational and technical assistance to attorneys, service providers, and legislators on crime victims' rights laws; - Free victims rights training to SANE, counselors, social workers, advocates, law enforcement, prosecutors, judges, and community organizations. CLE's and CEU's are provided.
