Adult Mental Health Case Management | Epilepsy Association
Provides diagnostic assessment services for adults with a dual diagnosis of epilepsy and a mental illness. Offers psychiatric case management services. Works to identify, solve and prevent problems of acceptance and adjustment. Groups for individuals and family members are also offered, along with educational materials and medical information.

Serves individuals 18 and older living in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, Summit, and Trumbull counties. Must have a medical dual-diagnosis of a mental illness and epilepsy/seizure disorder.
