Serves Portage County residents age 18 and over who meet income and other eligibility guidelines. The Very Low Income (HCVP - Section 8) Eligibility Guidelines (updated April 1, 2025): - Family of 1 = $35,150. - Family of 2 = $40,150. - Family of 3 = $45,150. - Family of 4 = $50,150. - Family of 5 = $54,200. - Family of 6 = $58,200. - Family of 7 = $62,200. - Family of 8 = $66,200.

- Visit the office building to pick up an application anytime. - Compete the application in blue ink and return to the office to be put on the waiting list. - Applicants are placed on the waiting list and contacted when they reach the top.

- No application fee. - Rent is 30%-50% of the family's monthly adjusted gross income.
