Eligibility
- Serves residents of both Garrettsville and Windham School Districts (the districts serve: Garrettsville Village, Freedom Township, Nelson Township, Windham Village, and Windham Township) with income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline Level.
- Client can only access service once every 30 days.
Required documents
- Photo ID (driver's license or state ID).
- Proof of residency (piece of mail or utility bill from the last 30 days).
