Offers services to help Limited English Proficient (LEP) older adults remain independent and participate in mainstream opportunities. Program services include: assistance with reaching individually chosen goals that help participants remain independent and improve the quality of their lives, assistance with preparation for US citizenship, home visiting, linkage to existing community services and mainstream resources that increase independence among older adults.
