Eligibility

Adults 18 and older with severe and persistent mental illness who are not currently involved in a Forensic Community Psychiatric Supportive treatment program (such as MDO, CRU or ACT). Serves Cuyahoga County.

Phone M-Th: 8:00am-5:00pm and F: 8:00am-4:30pm to schedule assessment. Aessments are generally scheduled within three days.
