Open enrollment for the marketplace is November 1st through December 15th (sometimes later) annually but can also assist those who may qualify for “special enrollment” if they have had a "qualifying life event," such as starting or leaving a job, certain changes in income, and/or changes in family size (for example, if they have married, divorced, or had a baby.) May also be able to assist those who may have had an issue signing up during open enrollment. Also serves those who are not eligible for Medicare and who are curious about their public health insurance options. Individuals who have an income through 138% of the federal poverty level will also be screened for Medicaid.

Tu-F: 8:00am-4:30pm. Clinics are held off site. Individuals applying outside the annual enrollment period must act within the first 60 days of the qualifying life event to qualify.
