Phone M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm for more information or to make an appointment. NO WALK-INS. Program is typically full by October 1.

Fee

Voucher is valued at $80, which should cover the cost of the cleaning. Homeowners may choose to use any contractor they wish, and if their contractor's rate is higher than $80 for the cleaning, they are responsible for paying the difference between the bill and the voucher.

Eligibility

Parma homeowners age 65 years and older. A family must be designated as low/moderate income – based upon the size of the family and their total annual income, will need to call to see if eligible.
