Accepts donations of non-perishable, perishable, and frozen food, baby food and formula, new and used animal supplies, new and used clothing, small appliances, bedding/linen, cleaning products, furniture, kitchen ware including cookware, dishes, and silverware, computers, office equipment and furniture (except metal desks and filing cabinets), office supplies, books, personal grooming supplies, musical instruments, sports equipment, toys, videos, CDs, DVDs, infant/child car seats, bike helmets, household tools and equipment, and household gardening tools. Items must be in working condition. Donated food items are never resold; other items are often resold.

For food: Phone for information and to be directed to a Corp office that is accepting food M-F: 8:30am-4:00pm. For other items: Walk in to a thrift store to drop-off items Northfield store M-F: 9:00am-7:00pm, Sa: 9:00am-6:00pm; Adult Rehab/Thrift store M-Sa: 9:00am-5:00pm; Brooklyn, Mayfield stores M-Sa: 9:00am-8:30pm; Mentor: M-Sa: 9:00am-7:00pm; Strongsville: M-Sa: 9:00am-8:00pm, Su: 10:00am-7:00pm. May also drop-off items at any drop-off box location anytime; may phone thrift stores during the hours listed above for drop-off box locations. To arrange for pick-up phone M-F: 8:00am-5:00pm. A receipt for tax purposes will be given upon request.
