Eligibility

Open to children ages 3-5 whose family household income is up to or less than 100% of the federal poverty guidelines. Children experiencing homelessness, children in foster care, and families who receive SNAP are always eligible to enroll, regardless of household income.

Application process

Applications may be started online in English or Spanish. After submission, applicants will be contacted by telephone to complete the remaining steps of the enrollment process.
