Eligibility

Open to residents of Boone, Campbell, Grant, and Kenton Counties who also meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • provide care to an individual age 60 or older
  • provide care to an individual of any age with Alzheimer's disease or related disorder(s)
  • are age 55 or older and are a grandparent or relative (excluding parents) who is the primary caregiver of a child under the age of 18
  • are age 55 or older and are a grandparent or relative (excluding parents) providing care to an individual with a disability between the ages of 19-59
