SELF HELP CENTER | FRANKLIN COUNTY MUNICIPAL COURT
The FCMC Self Help Resource Center is a free walk-in service to help you represent yourself in court without a lawyer. We cannot offer legal advice, but can provide helpful resources. Legal information includes court forms, tools to help complete court forms, and answers to general questions about court procedures. We help with record sealing, landlord tenant issues including evictions and escrow, small claims, driving privileges, license reinstatement and other civil matters. We also have a social work team that can help people access financial resources, find new housing or jobs, get connected to benefits or healthcare, and link up to other services as needed.
