Handles documents for the General Division and Domestic Relations Division in four areas: Civil, Criminal, Domestic Relations, and Appellate. Does not handle documents or filings for Juvenile and Probate Court. Issues certificates of title for motor vehicles and watercrafts. Registers Notary Public commissions.
