Provides primary and preventative health care including adult medicine, asthma/allergy, treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, assistance completing applications and referrals to specialists. Lorain - Central site also offers women's health and OB/GYN services. Lorain - South site also offers podiatry. NOTE: Assistance with transportation to appointment may be available.

Fee
- Accepts Medicaid/Medicaid Managed Care, Medicare/Medicare Managed Care, many commercial insurance plans, and private pay. - Minimum fee of $20 for medical clients who qualify for a 100% discount based on Federal Poverty Guidelines. - Sliding scale based on income, and other financial assistance available. - Call the office and speak with the Billing Department for details. Lorain - Central (site 1) and Lorain - South (site 2) are State Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Clinics where individuals who meet certain criteria may apply for free treatment.
