Description

Acts as a liaison between property owners and the City of Cleveland's Building and Housing, Health, and Parks Departments; Housing Court; mortgage companies; financial institutions and private individuals who own homes in the area. Surveys and inspects properties each year to ensure owners remain in compliance with City of Cleveland housing and health ordinances. Educates property owners on building and health codes and provides information about home improvement grants and loans available to Cleveland residents.
