Application process
Individuals must complete an FCC-required self certification attesting that they have a hearing loss that necessitates use of captioned telephone service. You may also ask your Hearing Care provider/Audiologist about CaptionCall's captioning service.
Fee
Captioned telephone service is provided at no-cost to individuals who have a hearing loss that necessitates use of captioned telephone service. IPCTS is provided under the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"). CaptionCall does not charge qualified individuals for the captioning service, the captioning phone, or for delivery, installation, or ongoing customer support.
