-The home must be located in the City of Toledo -Client has not purchased or owned a home during the past three years -Client lives in a safe and sanitary existing property -Apply for single-family or condominium homes only -Make a minimum $500 contribution including payment for a home inspection -Complete homeownership counseling through a HUD-approved agency
