Application process

Phone the Tip Hotline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to give information to an answering service. Report can also be sent by text message, online at the P3Tips.com, or through the phone mobile app that can be downloaded from the website or search the App Store for "P3 Tips." Or check www.25crime.com website for information. DO NOT giving identifying information. Callers are identified by a number to assure anonymity. Crimestoppers does not use caller IDs and cannot track IP addresses.

Eligibility

No restrictions, except that law enforcement officers, officers of the courts, private investigators, and their families are not eligible to receive rewards. Only serves crimes that have been committed in Cuyahoga County or with help in identifying someone who may have committed a crime in the county. Suspected crimes reported for areas outside Cuyahoga County will be referred to that county's jurisdiction.
